EXHIBIT I - PROOF OF FILING WITH COUNTY CLERK <br />An affidavit or receipt indicating the date on which the application was placed with the local <br />County Clerk and Recorder for public review, Pursuant to Subparagraph 1.6.2(1)(c) was <br />obtained on August SS, 2008. As per 1.6.2(1)(c) prior to submitting the amendment to the office <br />a copy of the application, without confidential items was provided to the County Clerk (refer to <br />attached receipt). <br />A copy of the Fed Ex Air Bill, Cover Letter and Affidavit (2 pages total), minus the County <br />Clerk's signature is provided as Exhibit I. Once the affidavit has been signed, it will be sent to <br />DRMS as a replacement page. <br /> <br />13
