This inspection was conducted as part of the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety's 4-year <br />monitoring program. Present at the inspection was Kate Pickford, DRMS. Attempts were made to <br />contact the Operator prior to the inspection, but no contact was made. Weather at the time of the <br />inspection was cloudy, calm, and approximately 70 degrees. <br />2. The site is accessed off of CR 100 west of CR 103 along the west boundary of the Greer property. <br />Disturbance at the site consists of an excavation with multiple stockpiles of material situated on the pit <br />floor. Vegetation at the site consists of a high concentration of weeds, including knapweed and <br />Canada thistle (see problem 1, page 3 of this report). <br />3. Two 55 gallon drums are located at the site, which have leaked. There is no containment for the <br />released fluids (see problem 2, page 3 of this report). <br />4. All other conditions at the site appear to be within the guidelines of the approved permit.
