Hard Rock/Metal Mining Permit Application <br />Limited Impact Operation (110(2)) <br />Venture Resources, Inc. - Emma Mine <br />Exhibit D Rev. 1- Reclamation Plan <br />At the termination of mining operations all fuels, oils, and grease will be removed from the site. All stockpiled ore <br />will be removed from the site. The shaft closure will be secured with locks and grated access door pursuant to the <br />designs contained in the General Bid Specifications - Colorado Inactive Mine Reclamation Program guide. <br />All added infrastructure and buildings are to remain onsite pursuant to the request of the Landowners. These <br />structures are acceptable to the property's existing zoning designation, M-I mining and residential. <br />There is no revegetation or seeding required as no new surface cuts or disturbances have been created by this <br />operation. <br />Estimated costs for this reclamation activity are as follows: <br />Shaft Closure: Total $4,750 <br />Steel $1,700 <br />Concrete $ 650 <br />Contract Labor* $2,400 (60hr @ $40) <br />Site Clean-uo: Total $1300 <br />Dumpster $500 <br />Contract Labor* $800 (20hr @ $40) <br />Total Reclamation Cost: $6,050 <br />*Contract labor includes any equipment, labor, fuel, mobilization, and overhead expenses that a contractor may <br />encounter accomplishing the work.
