As you know
the reclamation and closure of this site is in an advanced state, and active mining operations
have not occurred at the closed mine site since 1984. We believe it is inappropriate to apply
DMO status to this reclamation/closure site based upon present conditions at the project and our
intent to complete reclamation and closure pursuant to our project DRMS reclamation permit.
Thank you for your time and attention on this matter and for the continued DRMS staff
cooperation and support of our reclamation and closure activities at the Pitch project.
