The permit is set to expire on December 31, 2008. <br />You have requested an extension of the current permit to December 31, 2009 in order to <br />complete the drilling of approximately 20 core holes as part of a coal exploration project <br />by Colorado Coal Resources, LLC of St. Louis. <br />Our district manager in Craig has indicated he has no objection to an extension for this <br />permit as long as the agreed upon exploration program continues under the guidelines <br />and conditions of the previously submitted Cow Camp Project Supplemental Information, <br />the application letter of April 18, 2008 by Jerry Nettleton and the terms of the current <br />permit. <br />Therefore, the State Board of Land Commissioners does hereby extend until December <br />31, 2009 the terms and conditions of Exploration Permit no.
