A copy of the bond is attached for your records. <br />In addition to the BLM license and bond, please find the following material that is being transmitted <br />to you to assure your files are complete. <br />• Cow Camp Project Wildlife Impact Statement (dated April 14, 2008) <br />• Routt County Administrative Permit PP2008-014 <br />• Colorado Division of Wildlife letter of June 11, 2008, identifying six exploration sites that <br />could be drilled prior to July I't (this letter addresses Condition No. 16 of the county permit) <br />• Board of Land Commissioners Exploration Permit EP-2724 extension (dated August 13, <br />2008, which extends the permit term to December 31, 2009) <br />• Executed access agreement between Wilton Earle & Sons and Colorado Coal Resources, <br />LLC (dated July 18, 2008) <br />With the submittal of the BLM Coal Exploration License (COC-73016), CCR respectively requests <br />that the Division amend NOI X-2008-229-01 to permit Phase III exploration activities.
