(HGTI), enclosed are three (3) copies of an application <br />for a minor revision to the Hayden Gulch Loadout (Loadout) Permit (C-92-081). Minor Revision <br />No. 17 (MR-17) involves the renewal of the Loadout's wastewater discharge permit, Permit COG- <br />850008. This certification was issued by Water Quality Control Division (WQCD) on July 10, 2008 <br />and extends through June 30, 2013. The certification replaces the existing permit which had been <br />administratively extended by WQCD on June 30, 2007. <br />Attached are the required application form, insertion instructions and the revised or new material for <br />updating the PAP.
