grading of the pit slopes. The remainder of the bond will be revised to account for revegetation of the site. <br />Upon review of the permit file for this mine site, it was found that approximately 24 acres will need to be <br />revegetated. It would cost the Division $28,000 to revegetate this site, so of the $466,700 financial warranty <br />currently held by the Division, approximately $438,700 can be released. Attached to this report is Divisions <br />bond estimate calculations. The bond reduction will be addressed under a separate letter from the Division. <br />Also, on the north east corner of the reservoir, a structure of some kind appeared to have been recently installed. <br />This stn?cture is not included in the current reclamation plan. If it is to remain on the site, it will need to be <br />included in the reclamation plan, through a technical revision to the permit. The structure appears to be a filter <br />or pump of some kind, a pipe extend out of the devise and it appeared to run north toward the Eaton Ditch.
