Offsite Support Facilities
After final approval of SL-06, the permit area will be reduced to about 1.2 acres at the NW-1
ventilation shaft site. The NW-1 vent pad area is well vegetated and stable as shown below.
Soil Methane Area
The operator should check the PVC structure south of Colorado Highway 12 and west of the
Toupal driveway to verify if it is one of the deep methane monitors. If so, it should be
removed.
Overall, this reclaimed site appeared in good condition for the summer season.
