Site J, southeast of BSW0801, was not drilled and has no reclamation <br />associated with it. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding the project of the data <br />submitted. <br />Final seeding and mulching for the access road and sites for BSW0803, BSW0804, and <br />BSW0805 will be completed after September 1, 2008 as per BLM stipulation. All of the access <br />roads and sites from the 2007 drilling have been seeded with revegetation in progress. <br />Ark Land requests a partial release of the reclamation bond for the reclamation activities <br />completed. I have attached the Cost Summary Form for the reclamation bond totaling $124,340. <br />The revegetation amount of the bond total amounts to $19,441 plus the Indirect Costs estimated <br />at $3,513. Total retained bond is then estimated at $22,954. Please contact me when an <br />appropriate time for field review for the partial bond release could be scheduled. <br />Thank you for your assistance with the Grand Valley Book Cliffs exploration project.
