That DRMS would like COAG Corporation to more fully describe its proposed bulk sampling <br />activity. <br />COAG Corporation would like to further discuss the list of parameters listed in the DRMS <br />Adequacy Response dated August 15th, 2008. There may be some that could be deleted and <br />some that may make sense for COAG Corporation to add. Please provide COAG Corporation <br />some dates that the Division's Geochemist would be available to meet to discuss the listed <br />parameters. <br />COAG Corporation will assume that the above list of clarifications is correct if a response from <br />the Division is not forthcoming within the next 10 business days from the date of this <br />correspondence. COAG Corporation will work to address these issue plus the remaining issues <br />in the DRMS 4th Adequacy Response dated August 15th, 2008, beginning 10 business days from <br />the date of this correspondence. COAG Corporation will strive to have this information prior to <br />the end of the most recent 60 day extension, October 15, 2008. <br />The shaft closure documentation has been sent by COAG Corporation's engineering consultant <br />to your Ms. Erica Crosby. <br />COAG Corporation wants to thank the Division for the above clarification and taking the time to <br />discuss our concerns. <br />Respectfully, <br />H.
