EXHIBIT E <br />ATTACHED TO CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS LIMITED IMPACT (110) OPERATION <br />RECLAMATION PERMIT APPLICATION OF CLG FARM <br />MAPS <br />Attached are one map showing the mine plan and one map showing the reclamation plan <br />(2) Mining plan map <br />(a) The permit boundaries are darkened on the map <br />(b) The owners of record of all of the land within 200 feet of the proposed operation are CLG <br />FARMS, LLC, the owner and operator. <br />(c) There are no major surface features except roads and the access road is shown. The draw <br />Which is Surveyor Creek is marked and contour lines are shown on the map. There are no <br />waste disposal areas as there will be no waste. <br />(d) Extraction will begin in the southeast corner, just north of the stockpile area and continue <br />westward to the west line of the permitted area. <br />(e) There are no man-made structures within 200 feet of the affected area. <br />(d) There are no previously disturbed areas around the site. It is native, undisturbed grassland. <br />(3) Reclamation plan map <br />(a) Gradient of all reclaimed slopes will be no more than 3:1 vertical: horizontal <br />(b) Vegetation will be established on all areas mined <br />(c) Ponds are not part of the reclamation plan, as the soil and slope will naturally drain all of the <br />water. <br />(d) The average thickness of replaced overburden will be the two feet which is the same as the <br />current overburden or topsoil thickness. <br />(e) The average thickness of topsoil will be the two feet presently in place, which will be done <br />annually.
