(h) It is not anticipated that any water will be used or required in connection with this operation. <br />(i) It is not anticipated that groundwater will be encountered or surface water intercepted or disturbed <br />by this operation. Storm-dater may briefly pond but will soon disappear as it does in other areas of <br />Surveyor Creek. This pit will not be deep enough nor large enough to interfere with drainage or run-off <br />along Surveyor Creels. <br />(j) There will be no interference with nor affect on existing water rights. <br />(k) No refuse and acid or toxic producing materials will be encountered. If any are encountered, they <br />will be disposed of at the Washington County la <br />(1) The approximately .5 acres set aside for stockpiling topsoil is about the same size as the acreage to <br />be mined each year so that replacement of topsoil and reseeding and reclamation of the disturbed area <br />will be accomplished very shortly after minim is completed. <br />(m) It is believed that the gravel in place is the ideal size for the ultimate use intended, so that there will <br />be no on-site structures required, and no chemicals will be used on the premises. <br />(n) The gravel will be used by the operator for construction and maintenance of private roads on this gravel <br />and other properties owned by the operator. If the deposit is of as good fiualit as anticipated, <br />may be sold to other persons or entities for road construction in the area. and o It is believed that there is nothing on the site except stockpiled and reusable ate soil ad construction <br />which is ideal in size for road construction. If any of the gravel is no pp p <br />it may be suitable for use as road base, if not it will be screened and returned to the site to be covered <br />with topsoil and then re-seeded. <br />(p) There will be no explosives used in conjunction with the mining or excavation <br />-2-
