Cattany <br />Twentymile Coal Company Division Director <br />Foidel Creek Mine Natural Resource Trustee <br />29515 Routt County Road No. 27 <br />Oak Creek, CO 80467 <br />RE: Second Quarter 2008 Discharge Monitoring Reports, CO-0042161 <br />Dear Mr. Watterson: <br />Twentymile Coal Company (TCC) submitted NPDES Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR), for Second <br />Quarter 2008, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment CDPS permit no. CO-0042161 on <br />July 30, 2008. Both outfall 001A/001 W (Site 115) and Outfall 002A (Sites 3001 and 300E), discharged <br />throughout second quarter 2008. Outfall 001 A did not discharge during April, but discharged each week in <br />May and June. Outfall 002A discharged every week of the second quarter. TCC reported no exceedances <br />of the NPDES discharge parameters for either Outfall. <br />The reports are in compliance with Rule 4.15.13(2)(iii).
