The <br />proposed operation is known as the SerFer Pit and is located in the Northeast corner of Section <br />24, Township 6 North, Range 68 West, Sixth P.M. in Larimer County, Colorado. The general <br />location is approximately 2 miles west of Windsor, Colorado on the southwest corner of County <br />Road 13 and State Highway 392. <br />Anyone wishing to comment on the application may view the application at the Larimer County <br />Clerk and Recorder's Office, 200 W. Oak Street, First Floor, Fort Collins, CO 80521.
