Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Twentymile Coal Company (TCC) submitted NPDES Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR), for June 2008 <br />and Second Quarter 2008, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment CDPS permit no. CO- <br />0027154 on July 30, 2008. TCC reported that outfalls; 003A 005A/0055X/MOM005 (Pond D) discharged <br />each week of June, and outfall 008A discharged the last week of June. No parameter exceedances were <br />reported. WET tests were conducted, and no acute toxicity to Daphnia magna were reported. <br />Please note, The DMR form for outfall 006A indicates that the monitoring period was April 1, 2007 <br />through June 30, 2007. Although there was no discharge reported, the Division believes that the reporting <br />period was for April 2008 through June 2008. <br />The report is in compliance with Rule 4.15.13(2)(iii).
