We also find that maximum economic recovery of the federal coal within federal <br />leases C-1362 abd COC67232 would be achieved. <br />These determinations cover the entire leases encompassed in TR111 and TR112 of permit <br />C-80-007 which involve a plan for drilling methane drainage wells to serve longwall panels <br />E1 through E12.
