Box 758 <br />Greeley, CO 80632 <br />a. Improved Roads - The site is bordered on the east by County Road 1=3. <br />4. Colorado Department of Transportation <br />4201 E. Arkansas Avenue <br />Denver, CO 80222 <br />303-757-9011 <br />a. Improved Roads - The site is bordered on the north by State Highway 392. <br />5. Unknown Owners <br />a. Concrete Irrigation Ditch - There is an abandoned concrete and CMP <br />ditch running along the north end of site as well as a spur which heads <br />south into the site. The ditch will be removed during mining. <br />b. Corrugated metal drainage pipes (CMP) - Three CMP's run under the <br />gravel road crossing on the east side of the site and one additional CMP <br />crosses under the concrete ditch near the northeast corner of the site. <br />c. Water Lines - None on site. <br />d. Oil and asg lines - None known. <br />SerFer Land Ventures, LLC believes that the mining operation, as proposed, will not adversely <br />affect any of the permanent, man-made structures located within 200 ft of the affected area. The <br />applicant has included a Geotechnical Stability Exhibit that adequately demonstrates that the <br />proposed mining and reclamation operations will not result in damage to any of these structures <br />listed above. <br />See attached list of surrounding property owners.
