All issues have been <br />addressed in the same order which you presented them in your Preliminary Adequacy Review. <br />1. A receipt of the public notice placed in the local newspaper is attached. I-a-s?ti>Ig <br />-Ent & receipt <br />2. The revised seed mix is attached. The Forage kochia was replaced with Rubber Rabbit <br />Brush and will be applied at a rate of 0.3 Lbs I acre of PLS. <br />3. The County Special Use Permit Application for the Pinion Ridge Pit has been received by <br />the County Land Use office as complete. Exhibit F has been changed to reflect the need <br />to apply for a county Access Permit.
