All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-2006-073 remain in full force and effect. <br />The recalculated liability amount of $1,464,697.35 is less than the $3,254,883.00 performance bond currently held. <br />Please contact Elizabeth Taliaferro at 303-866-4084 for information on how to submit a decrease rider or how to replace <br />the performance bond currently held.
