MANAGEMENT <br />G0-0-11 <br />!? ? ? ?QQB a?oa? <br />P?G ?o?;?ea5 et`1 <br />pN?s?o \?9 a? <br />On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC, (BRL), enclosed is an application for a minor <br />revision to incorporate a generalized light use road design into the permit. The <br />generalized light use road design will be utilized for roads constructed on USDA-FS <br />managed land. It was specifically developed for the roads associated with TR-52, 13 <br />Gob Vent Holes. <br />The generalized light use road design was prepared to satisfy Item 18 in Attachment A <br />of the USDA-FS' letter dated June 19, 2008 which is located in the permit at Volume <br />IIIA, Tab 14. The main purpose of the generalized light use road design is to minimize <br />side cast construction in steep areas to assure complete reclamation under 4.03.3(7) <br />can be accomplished. <br />Enclosed is the USDA-FS e-mail dated August 4, 2008 that approves the generalized <br />light use road design along with Figure 1 which shows the generalized light use road <br />design. The e-mail and Figure 1 should be incorporated into the permit at Volume IIIA, <br />Tab 14.
