Cattany <br />Divkion Director <br />Natural Resource Instep <br />Task 044 Dredt?e Sediment Ponds $437,728.00 <br />In May of 2001, in conjunction with Permit Renewal 03, Seneca Coal Company <br />estimated that the cost to mobilize a dredger and pump ponds 005.006. 009, 015 and 016 <br />would be $312,663.00. The Division agreed with this estimate.
