Resolution in Progress
017-83-1 Coal must be cleaned up from the undisturbed area below the Mine No. 2 coal
stockpile when snow has melted enough to allow clean-do without unnecessary distrubance to
existing vegetation. A buffer strip 30 feet jgide is to be established and maintained
between stockpiled .coal and the disturbed boundary to allow for future clean-up.
