(Air or Air/Foam) <br /> • Run 9 5/8", 36#,J-55 Surface Casing. <br /> • Cement with"Neat Cement"to surface. <br /> • Rig up diverter and wait on cement a minimum of 4 hours. <br /> • Drill out thru the surface casing with 7 7/8"diameter PDC bit using air foam. <br /> Advance drill hole to—2380 feet. Circulate a minimum of 30 minutes. Short trip <br /> any tight spots. <br /> • Run geophysical logs. <br /> • Run 5 '/2", 15.5#,J-55 casing with a guide/float shoe. Mix and pump Type I or II <br /> Portland cement with 2%bentonite with 10%excess. If cement does not circulate <br /> to surface,bentonite chips will be poured down the backside until it reaches the <br /> surface. In either case a seal must be established around the 5 '/2"casing at <br /> • surface. <br /> • Wait on cement for a minimum of 12 hours. <br /> • Trip in the hole with nominal 4 5/8"drill bit and drill float shoe and cement. <br /> • Continue drilling to a Total Depth of 2480 feet. <br /> • Circulate the hole with air/foam for 30 minutes then with air until formation water <br /> is observed. <br /> • Run geophysical logs to bottom of 5 '/2'casing. <br /> • Move to BG monitor well. <br /> 22 <br />
