THE INFORMATION ON THIS PAGE DOES NOT NEED TO BE HELD CONFIDENTIAL
Exhibit C-AMSO,LLC Notice of Intent Supplemental Information
• TM-1 through TM-4 (See Figure C.5 in this section)
(All TM wells will be drilled following the same methods)
Tomography and Illite Zone Hydrology Test Hole
• Drill a 19"diameter hole a minimum of 20 feet with at least 5 feet into competent
bedrock. Historically, surface casing holes have been 40 to 60 feet deep. (Air or
Air/Foam)
• Run 16",75#,J-55 Surface Casing.
• Cement with"Neat Cement"to surface.
• Rig up diverter and wait on cement a minimum of 4 hours.
• Drill out through the surface casing with 14-3/4 diameter bit using air foam.
Advance the drill hole to±1940 feet, circulate until clean, and condition for
geophysical logging. Mud drilling may be utilized to control water flows.
• Trip out of the hole and run geophysical logging suite.(TM-1 only)
• Run 10-3/4",40.5#J-55 casing with a guide/float shoe to—1932 feet(top of
Illite).
• Mix and pump a Type I or II Portland Cement with 2%bentonite to surface.
(service company)
• Wait on cement 12 hours.
• Trip into the hole with a nominal 9-7/8"bit and drill from 1940 to 2300' (TD).
• Circulate the hole clean and trip out of the hole.
• Run geophysical logs from TD to the bottom of the 10-3/4"casing.(Hole TM-1
only)
• Move to TM-2,drill and complete identical to TM-1. Repeat with TM-3 and TM-
4. No geophysical logging will be done on TM-2 through TM-4
• Perform hydrologic testing on the Illite test zone.
• After hydrologic testing is completed, rig back up and Run 4 '/z",DHC 250
fiberglass casing from TD to surface on TM-1 through TM-4. Cement:to—1840 ft.
(100 feet into the 10-3/4"casing)
14
