Historically, surface casing holes have been 40 to 60 feet deep. <br /> (Mud,Air or Air/Foam) <br /> • Run 20",94#J-55 Surface Casing. <br /> • Cement with"Neat Cement"to surface. <br /> • Rig up diverter and wait on cement a minimum of 4 hours. <br /> • Drill out from surface casing with 19"diameter bit. Drill to a depth to where the <br /> down hole survey tools will not be influenced by the steel surface casing. <br /> • Trip out of the hole and put on a mud motor with 19"bit. Utilize the motor and <br /> surveys to parallel the alignment created by TM-l. Complete directional surveys <br /> every 40 feet. <br /> • Directional drill the 19"hole to 2050 feet(top of the RI). <br /> • • Condition the hole and run 16",75#, K-55 casing. <br /> • Cement with Type I or H Portland cement with 2%bentonite to surface. <br /> • Wait on cement 12 hours. <br /> • Drill out of casing with a 14"bit to a Total Depth of—2270' <br /> • Trip out of the hole and run a gyro directional survey to surface. <br /> • Rig down and move to HB-I hole.. <br /> • <br /> 1.6 <br />
