Buys & Associates, Inc. submits the attached revised Prospecting <br />NOS with Proposed Action and supplemental information to reflect changes recently made in our program <br />as outlined below.: <br />• Withdrawal of drill hole AM-08-002; <br />• Change from 10' to 12' wide travel routes; <br />• Updated disturbance estimates based on previous existing disturbance discussions; <br />• Extend surface plug cement to a depth of 20'. <br />A CD containing our electronic files for the project and a pre-construction photo portfolio has also been <br />included to supplement our previous submission. <br />Thank you very much for your timely consideration of our submitted application.
