Describe how drill holes will be plugged (refer to Rule 5.4 of the Rules for required abandonment procedures): <br />All drill holes shall be plugged at least 3 foot below ground level with a concrete plug of sufficient <br />size. that it will remain firmly- in place. Drill holes that intersect acquifer(s) shall be sealed in a manner to <br />prevent inter-aquifer flow and to contain water in its respective acquifer.
