Describe the estimated topsoil depth and how topsoil will be salvaged, stockpiled and redistributed for the re-establishment of <br />ve etation. Sped <br />ffyy apppproximate topsoil redistribution depth: <br />he,proposeddisturbance area is a coarse, gravelly soil devoid of organic topsoil. The identified <br />vegetation in the proximity of the disturbance is adaptive to coarse soil conditions. <br />4.. Describe how drill holes will be plugged (refer to Rule 5.4 of the Rules for required abandonment procedures): <br />All drill holes shall be plugged at least 3 foot below ground level with a concrete plug of sufficient <br />size. that it will remain firmly- in place. The remainder of the hole shall to baddilled w/ excess drill <br />cuttings, clean fill, or cement. Drill holes that intersect acquifer(s) shall be sealed in a manner to <br />prevent inter-aquifer flow and to contain water in its respective acquifer. Sealing material shall <br />consist of sodium bentonite mixture. <br />5. Describe how portals; adits, shafts,. ponds, excavations. or other disturbances will be reclaimed (refer to Role 3 and Rule 5 for <br />specific reclamation performance standards). You may wish to contact the Division for closure specifications. <br />Reclamation of the dish irbance shall consist of redirec inn A diversion of surface drainage around <br />the disturbed area.
