DIVISION OF RECLAMATION, MINING AND SAFETY <br />PUBLIC MEETING FOR THE REVIEW PROCESS OF <br />CRIPPLE CREEK & VICTOR, CRESSON PROJECT <br />AMENDMENT No. 9 = c <br />July 25, 2008 <br />t <br />AGENDA <br />The scope and purpose of this public meeting is to provide the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety an opportunity to clarify and explain the role the <br />Division plays in the review of Cripple Creek & Victor's Amendment No. 9, discuss the <br />technical review process, and explain the different legal rights associated with party and <br />non-party status. In addition, this is an opportunity for interested parties to ask questions <br />regarding the amendment review process and the role of the Division. At this time, the <br />Division cannot address specific details or technical questions regarding the amendment. <br />Specific questions regarding the technical substance of the amendment will be addressed <br />at the Pre-Hearing Conference and the Formal Public Hearing. - <br />1.
