PUBLIC NOTICE (LEGAL NOTICE)
Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mining
Company, 100.North Third Street (P.O.
Box 191) Victor, CO 80860 (719-689-
4022), has filed an application for an
amendment to their Regular (112d)
Designated Mining Reclamation Permit
with the Colorado Mined Land
Reclamation Board under provisions l-of
the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation,
Act. The proposed amendment is known
as the Mine Life Extension to the Cresson
Mine, and.is located in the Cripple Creek
Mining District, predominately in Township
15 South,. Range 69 West, 6th Prime
Meridian.
The proposed amendment will commence
as soon as all necessary permits are
obtained, and the proposed date of com-
pletion of all associated reclamation is
approximately 2032. The proposed future
use of the land is livestock grazing and
wildlife habitat. Additional information and
tentative decision date may be obtained
