14A May 7, 2008 Pikes Peak Courier View <br />PUBIC NOTICES <br />PUBLIC NOTICE (LEGAL NOTICE) <br />Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mining <br />Company, 100 North Third Street (P.O. <br />Box, 191) Victor, CO 80860 (719-689- <br />4022), has filed an application for an <br />amendment to their Regular (112d)' <br />Designated Mining Reclamation Permit <br />with the Colorado Mined ' Land <br />Reclamation Board under provisions of <br />the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Act. The proposed amendment is known <br />as the Mine Life Extension to the Cresson <br />Mine, and is located in the Cripple Creek <br />Mining District, predominately in Township <br />15 South, Range 69 West, 6th Prime <br />Meridian. <br />The proposed amendment will commence <br />as soon as all necessary permits are <br />obtained, and the proposed date of com- <br />pletion of all associated reclamation is <br />approximately 2032. The proposed future <br />use of the land is livestock grazing and <br />wildlife habitat. Additional information and <br />tentative decision date may be.obtained <br />from the Division of Reclamation, Mining <br />and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room <br />215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866- <br />3567.
