PUBLIC NOTICE (LEGAL NOTICE)
Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mining
Company, 100 North Third Street (P.O.
Box, 191) Victor, CO 80860 (719-689-
4022), has filed an application for an
amendment to their Regular (112d)'
Designated Mining Reclamation Permit
with the Colorado Mined ' Land
Reclamation Board under provisions of
the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation
Act. The proposed amendment is known
as the Mine Life Extension to the Cresson
Mine, and is located in the Cripple Creek
Mining District, predominately in Township
15 South, Range 69 West, 6th Prime
Meridian.
The proposed amendment will commence
as soon as all necessary permits are
obtained, and the proposed date of com-
pletion of all associated reclamation is
approximately 2032. The proposed future
use of the land is livestock grazing and
wildlife habitat. Additional information and
tentative decision date may be.obtained
