The purpose of the meeting is to <br />explain our permitting process and explain briefly Rule 2: of the Minerals Rules and. Regulations of the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Hard Rock Metal and Designated Mining Operations. <br />In addition to Division staff, Mr. Jeff Fugate of the Attorney General's Office will also be present at the <br />meeting.
