These pipelines have since been changed overto gas and/orwater <br />useage. <br />On October 5, 2005, an application was received for conversion of sodium lease facilities to be converted <br />to a right-of-way use. This action would be an amendment to the existing right-of-way COC62884. The <br />facilities to be included are listed below: <br />1) Approximately 9.0 acre fenced plant site: <br />2) Approximately 44,100 square foot process building located with the fenced plant site; <br />3) Approximately 8,000 square foot two story administration building with in the fenced plant site; <br />4) Approximately 14,400 square foot helipad which is adjacent to, but located outside the fenced <br />plant site; and <br />5) Approximately 1 acre storm water pond located adjacent to, but outside of the fenced plant <br />site. <br />6) The paved access road that leaves County Road 5 and continues approximately 2.1 miles to <br />the fenced plant site. The width of the access road is 24 feet. <br />A reclamation bond will be required to cover items that were under the sodium mine lease. These <br />facilities currently have a reclamation bond of $1,887,000.00 provided by American Soda. This bond <br />amount shag be carried forward by the right-of-way holder (see Exhibit A). Final reclamation of the site <br />shall occur as outlined in the approved 1999 Commercial Mind Plan for the Yankee Gulch Sodium <br />Minerals Project. <br />SRP M1
