Re: Division of Reclamation Mining & Safety public Information meeting about our permitting process,
when objections are received, M-1980-244 Amendment # 9.
Dear Mr. Goodrich:
The Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety has tentatively scheduled an Information meeting to all the
objectors of M-1980-244 Cresson Project Amendment # 9 application. The purpose of the meeting is to
explain our permitting process and explain briefly Rule 2: of the Minerals Rules and Regulations of the
Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Hard Rock Metal and Designated Mining Operations.
In addition to Division staff, Mr. Jeff Fugate of the Attorney General's Office will also be present at the
meeting. The meeting is tentatively scheduled to be held on July 25, 2008, in Victor Colorado, at the
community Center located at Portland Avenue and 3rd Street, beginning at 1:00 p.m.
