The TR-52 installation of 13 gob vent bore holes is on the federal coal
lease COC61209 and Bowie Resources has the lease. The lease grants them
the right to conduct surface activities necessary to achieve extraction of
the coal resource; therefore, BLM does not object to the drilling.
