In TR-46, Bowie is proposing to incorporate a new
juniper woodland vegetation report into the permit application. A new juniper woodland
reference area will be needed because Bowie is making plans to disturb the current
juniper woodland reference area for a coal refuse stockpile. Bowie would like to receive
Division approval for the report before any permit application text is revised.
TR-46 was called complete on January 4, 2007. The adequacy due date is Monday,
February 5, 2007. If I could get your adequacy memo back by February 5, that would be
great.
Sandy has placed one complete copy of the TR-46 submittal in your Denver mail box. If
you need any other information or more review time, please let me know. Thanks for
your assistance.
cc: Sandy Brown
c:/word/bowie2/tr46memo 1
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Active and Inactive Mines
