MANAGEMENT <br />The DRMS' letter dated June 9, 2008 transmitted its second adequacy review for the <br />referenced technical revision. On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC, follow are its <br />responses to the DRMS' comments and concerns. <br />6. DRMS - Please provide a comprehensive listing of the applicable average <br />topsoil replacement thickness for each logical reclamation parcel that has <br />been or is to be plated with topsoil. <br />BRL - Amended pages 62 and 63 are enclosed. <br />11. DRMS - Please incorporate into a logical section of the amended reclamation <br />plan narrative the commitment to submit an amended reclamation plan for <br />cropland areas at the loadout facility by December 30, 2008. Alternatively, <br />.the Division will attach a stipulation to the TR-48 proposed decision, which <br />will incorporated the commitment as stated. <br />BRL - Please attach a stipulation to the TR-48 proposed decision. <br />Pages 2.05-62 and 2.05-63 are enclosed. BRL needs to get this TR approved so the <br />changes can be incorporated into the ongoing reclamation effort at the Bowie No. 1 <br />Mine.
