However, the response includes a weed plan that <br />must be incorporated into the permit through the technical revision process. In order for DRMS to <br />accept a technical revision to this permit from United Companies, Tri County Gravel will need to <br />authorize United Companies to act as agent for them on this matter. If United Companies will be <br />operating the site long term, then designating United Companies as the permitting and inspection contact <br />for this permit might be an appropriate issue to address in the technical revision. Alternatively, a <br />Succession of Operator may be appropriate to transfer the permit to United Companies.
