MANAGEMENT <br />The DRMS' letter dated March 19, 2008 transmitted its adequacy review comments for the <br />referenced technical revision. On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC, (BRL), following are its <br />responses to the DRMS' comments and concerns. <br />1. Enclosed is a letter dated June 29, 2008 from USDA-FS that provides their <br />consent/concurrence for the project. Attachment A to the letterlists a number of <br />Measures to protect Federal Resources on NFS Lands. The letter should be <br />incorporated into the permit in Volume IIIA, Tab14. The seed mix in the attachment <br />will be incorporated into the permit on page 2.05-52 to assure the correct seed mix is <br />used. <br />2. BRL accepts the DRMS' $273,624 reclamation cost estimate for the project. <br />3. DRMS letter dated March 19, 2008 states the Division has no further concerns. <br />4.
