Thank you for your timely response to this <br />letter. The Division has reviewed your responses and has the following follow-up <br />questions and/or comments. <br />Backfilling and Grading (2.05.4(2)(c) and 4.141 <br />The Division requested additional detail regarding the scale and spacing of <br />features referenced in the text to create/enhance small scale topographic variation. <br />The operator declined to provide additional detail. The Division will not press <br />further, but will monitor final grading operations to ensure that the operator is <br />following through with their stated intent to achieve appropriate topographic <br />variation, including "site specific opportunities for developmenAf convex and <br />concave surfaces to encourage snow entrapment". Item Resolved. <br />Topsoil [(2.05.(2)(d and 4.061 <br />2. The Division requested that the operator provide an updated Table 2.05-1 to <br />reflect current status of topsoil volumes for the original permit area, and to <br />provide a new table or supplement to Table 2.05-1 to reflect current projections <br />for the South Taylor Area. The Division also requested that narrative of Section <br />2.05.4(2)(d) in Volume 12, be updated as warranted to correspond to current <br />projections.
