To accomplish this transaction as mentioned above, the original 112 Permit <br />Boundary would have to be realigned and adjusted to compensate for the <br />encroachment toward the east in Phase 1. The 112 Permit Boundary will be <br />realigned by moving the boundary line east by 200 feet then north 1360 feet and <br />back to the west 200 feet and connect to the original permit boundary line. This <br />will not change the acreage in the original permit, thus not increasing the land <br />area. The acreage removed from the western portion will be equal to that area that <br />is added to the eastern portion.
