You informed me that these earlier specifications were from Amendment 6 and the <br />EPA's initial formula used back then could be computed to a little over 600,000 gallons but this <br />point is moot as newer restrictions and improved designs came into effect that resulted in sumps <br />that capture any leakage. The new system incorporated several fail safes and results in a "zero <br />discharge" operating system. <br />The portion of my letter of June 5 pertaining to paragraph 3 partly resulted from a mis- <br />communication that originated out of my office so I take responsibility for this mistake. <br />You returned my phone call but I was away from the office and my staffer was unaware of the <br />details involved and I therefore got only part of the feedback I needed to properly address my <br />question. I am sorry for any inconvenience resulting from this situation. <br />Thank you for answering my concerns and I will forward this information to the Teller-Park <br />Conservation District Board, with copies to other affected entities. <br />Z10? <br />Leon S.
