Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Bullger Basin Placer, Permit No. M 985-022, Technical Revision Approval, Revision No. TR-1 <br />Dear Mr. Browning: <br />On June 10, 2008 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application TR-1 <br />submitted to the Division on May 19, 2008, addressing the following: <br />New Seed Mixture <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1985- <br />022. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1985-022 remain in full force and effect. <br />As a result of the approval of Technical Revision No.. 1, the required financial warranty has been reduced from <br />$308,916.00 to $128,461.00. The Division currently holds financial warranty in the amount of $13,225.00, for this <br />permit, leaving a balance due of $115,236.00.
