The Forest Service NEPA and appeal process has been completed. An appeal had been <br />filed on April 28, 2008. This NEPA decision was was affirmed in the appeal process and an <br />appeal disposition was issued on June 2, 2008. Implementation under 36 CFR 215 § 215.9(b) <br />may occur on June 23, 2008, therefore right of entry should also be that date. <br />1
