Resource Trustee <br />'The Division has completed a preliminary review of the above-referenced submittal. and has <br />the following comments. <br />1. 'The right-of-entry requirement (2.03.6(l)) will be satisfied upon implementation of the <br />USFS decision to approve the proposed work, as set forth in their decision issued <br />November 8, 2007 regarding the PIS titled "Deer Creek Shaft and E Seam Methane <br />Drainage Wells Project", which is subject to an appeal period. <br />?. Please add to the submittal a print-out of the input and output data that were used for <br />generating the profile of the slope stability analysis for the well pad. <br />'The revision in which exact well and road locations will be iden.ti:fi.ed may need to be a <br />Technical (rather than Minor) Revision, depending on the road and pad designs. <br />4.
