<br />:•a <br />i <br />Finally, we believe that concepts pertaining to the successful reclamation of all disturbed areas must also be considered. We are concerned that the proposed steepness of the final grades <br /> of the <br />reclaimed surfaces of the Horse Gulch Fill with southern, southeastern, southwestern, and western <br />aspects may create difficulties in achieving erosional stability and revegetation success. We <br />believe these difficulties could be reduced with a Horse Gulch Fill that would be constructed with <br />less steep slopes. <br />Thank you for your company's proposal package.
