Mine Markers and Simne
NECC will remove all signage and disturbance boundary markers for the areas
subject to Phase III release as requested in the December 21 letter. These items
will be removed as soon as possible.
No future methane monitoring is planned for the Toupal property and adjacent
sites north of Highway 12. The final report was presented to the State last year in
coordination with the Phase III release application. These monitors will be
removed and the associated small disturbances reseeded and mulched.
Vegetation Sampling Data and Report
NECC believes that Greystone, acting as our consultant, has met with DRMS staff
and subsequently has submitted a revised report addressing all issues and concerns
resulting from initial DRMS review. Please advise if there are any remaining
issues Greystone needs to address.
Please contact me if you have any questions.
Sincerely
Ron Thompso
Agent
