In accordance with Rule 2.08.6(6), the thirty (30) <br />day public comment period for the Division's decision begins on this date. <br />Stipulations, if any are imposed, are included on the enclosed riders to the permit. If stipulations are <br />imposed, an authorized representative of New Elk Coal Company, LLC must sign and return one rider to <br />the Division.
