Revises the <br />Hydrology Monitoring Plan in Response to Stipulation 5 of the PR-2 Revision. <br />Colowyo Coal Mine, Permit No. C-81-019. <br />Dear Mr. Johnston, <br />Colowyo submitted one revision to our permit, identified as TR-70; which was approved by <br />Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS) on May 29, 2008.
