Also <br />this serves as an amendment to Parkersson Construction's Weed <br />Management Plan for the control of Tamarisk and Russian Olive. <br />This integrated weed management will take place over the next <br />3 years and should satisfy the Board and avoid any potential <br />action. <br />Prevention of off site weed seeds by clean of equipment plus <br />weed free seed will be used. <br />Biological Control ( insects ) will be used when available. <br />Mechanical Removal of the root crown and burning of the brush <br />will be used to control the majority of the trees and brush. <br />Cut Stump applications will be completed on some larger <br />plants in the fall with burning of the brush. Follow up <br />applications of any resprouting will be done in subsequent <br />years. <br />Herbicide applications both foliar and basal bark treatments <br />will take place at the appropriate times on the smaller brush <br />with follow up applications when necessary. <br />All herbicides will be applied according to all label rates, <br />restrictions and precautions by applicators licensed by the <br />Colorado Department of Agriculture. <br />Site Inspections will be conducted at appropriate times <br />depending on the control method used.
